Holy hell...

I need more. Now.

Santerio responds:

That's my weak point :D
I can do some nice sounding stuff, but i dont have the balls to make intro's 'n melodies and stuff. I need someone to do it for me xD

summary

The ambient sections are very cool. I like them a lot.

The electro sections are very funky, I like it. Keep this up. It seems that the lower tempo electro songs are becoming the craze nowadays. I can't seem to argue with that at all :P

jpbear responds:

Im lovin the slow electro fad, leaves a lot more room for complicated basslines and with a snare with no kick underneath you leave a lot more room for your sub to breath.

Thanks for the words dude ^.^

Feels more like Borderlands to me.

Very great atmosphere, I do say this feels like a piece from Borderlands because of how similar the ambiance is compared to something in that game. Great work.

Cool remix!

The intro was cool, as it fit the calming yet progressive feeling that most intros should have :D

I have to agree with the guy below, the rapping segments didn't exactly fit in with the song itself, but the rest of the vocals fit in quite well, which is surprising considering that J-Lo isn't exactly what I'd call an expert at singing :P

The production behind the vocals itself were decent as well. The low ends overpowered the mix a little bit but it wasn't too noticeable. The synthwork fits my criteria for a nice electro/dance track quite well, good job. The percussion could use a little work, I couldn't hear it too well behind all the vocals and synths xD

Overall a nice remix you have going on here! Looking forward to more! :D

5/5

Thanks for the comment!

I'll definitely do more work on the percussion. I'm using skull candy titans and these headphones exaggerate the bass which is why I'm hearing some goodness. I think I can see where you mean like in the climax and that's something I'll work on.

Thank you very much for liking and giving me some advice ;)

Great work!

I can really feel the emotion put behind the chords and the notes being played... Very good job. I hope things turn out better for you if this situation is somewhat real!

One thing I could suggest is that you attempt to play more lower octave notes, it gives the piece a better sound when it comes to filling the atmosphere with darkness and sadness or hate.

NordicHazard responds:

i hope too, thx! lower octave notes, got it! :P

:D cool!

Everyone's gotta have their own remix to this silly song! xD

I have one problem with this remix, I can barely hear the kick in the midst of all the synths, maybe tone the colume up on the kick or lower the volume on everything else? Maybe try to sidechain the synths to the kick as well, if you know how to. It would sound pretty cool!

Nice.

Good concept, I love the pure retro sound in this, and the vocals fit so well. The percussion is astounding too :o

Keep it up!

Great work!

Nice percussion, and great use of that distorted... guitar? xD I honestly have no idea :P

good synthwork as well, and an overall nice idea that you have going on here. Keep it up!
